OUR STORY

BO-SMART originated from the idea of building a service business in a post-Covid world, where location of employees became less of an issue and most SME’s were used to a remote workforce. 

Our company was officially found during March 2022, along with the onboarding of our first client. Our initial team consisted of two Co-Founders, a Junior Analyst, followed shortly by the hiring of four additional employees that are outsourced to clients on a full-time basis, as a service of our BO-Resource department. Our team has since expanded and continues to grow. BO-SMART provides multiple solutions to SME’s and UK service providers, and also offers specialised solutions to construction industry players, accountancy firms, and technology firms.

BO-SMART has the talent and experience to take-on a range of in-house business functions, such as sales, marketing, accounting, and technology, as well as more niche functions such as CIS for construction accounting. Outsourcing a function in your business is as easy as determining the scope of the work and the hours you require, and letting BO-SMART put together a qualified team to take the undesired functions and responsibilities off your shoulders.

 

Smaller companies may not have the capacity to recruit a specialist for each function in their business, and may prefer to have an individual, working on a part-time basis to assist their company, as opposed to a remote team that divides tasks according to availability. BO-SMART will allocate the right number of hours from one of our qualified employees, or hire additional talent to increase our capacity.

Where a client desires to hire a full-time remote employee, we'll discuss the requirements of open position with the client, the types of candidates the client would like to attract, and the company culture. We'll put together a job description of the open position, and start the recruiting process. Our clients simply sit back and let BO-SMART handle the candidate search. We also have an existing network of qualified individuals that we can recommend for suitable roles as they arise. Often, we find a qualified candidate who is looking to pursue a new role, and we'll reach out to potential suitable employers with relevant open positions.
